Ultrasound methods are currently employed in a wide range of applications. They integrated complex electronics systems, like clinical echographs, but also small and compact boards, industrial sensors, embedded portable devices. waves typically generated by energizing piezoelectric transducer through high-voltage sequence sinusoidal bursts. Moreover, several applications, the ultrasound board should work frequency range. This makes transmitter, i.e., that drives transducer, key part circuit. The use transformer simplifies reduces need power sources. Unfortunately, magnetic core, when subjected to bursts ultrasound, is particularly prone saturation. phenomenon limits maximum voltage and/or minimum can be for. In this work, transmitter based on proposed. Inspired technique network transformers, we added prefluxing circuit, which improves saturation performance 2-fold. proposed was implemented test experimented with two commercial transformers at 80 Vpp. Measurements show circuit moves down usable 2-fold: from 400 200 kHz for one 2.4 1.2 MHz other.
